Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with all original packaging.

To perform a return, contact info@bradley-allan.com to obtain a return authorization # and further shipping instructions.

The shipping cost of the item(s) being returned/exchanged is at your expense. Please use a shipping method that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, with the hang tag and label in place, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item.

Please note returns can take up to 5-10 business days once returned to our warehouse. Once the return is processed credit cards normally take 2-5 business days to be placed back on your card.

BRADLEY ALLAN Inc. reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

Please note that we will not accept returns for items purchased from any third party.  We recommend getting in touch with them directly if you have any questions or concerns.  

Furthermore, we consider items that have been altered as ineligible for return. This includes damaged items that have been altered but are still within our return policy.
